In order to be elite affiliates your site will must:
01. Be REGULARLY updated
02. Be ORGANIZED
03. I’d prefer if it didn’t spread RUMORS
04. Have a Decent Layout
05. Not be Geocities or any weird domains. Sub-Domains accepted!

I don’t base Elite affiliates on hits. Your site must be QUALITY! No site elite affiliated with this site will lack quality. That being said when applying for Elite Affiliates realize that I check your site for 3 days in a week, then at the end of the week I will send you an email if you are excepted. I do this to weed out the temporary sites and also to check the quality of thee site. Also please be aware that I also add elite affiliates for some on my favorite celebrities.
